Refund & Exchange Policy

At Just Cutz, your satisfaction is important to us. However, we are not obligated to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind about your purchase.

You may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or exchange if your item has a major fault or defect. A major problem is considered when the item:

Has an issue that would have deterred you or another customer from making the purchase had it been known at the time of sale.
Is deemed unsafe for use.
Is significantly different from the sample or description you were provided.
Fails to perform as we have described or as you specifically requested and cannot be easily rectified.
In these cases, you may choose between receiving a full refund, a replacement, or an exchange. Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item, and we will compensate you for any loss in value.

Refund Timeframe & Conditions Please note that refunds or exchanges are only available within 7 days of receiving your order, and the item must still be in its flatpack form, unassembled. Once the item has been assembled or altered, we cannot offer a refund for change of mind or other non-major issues.

Minor Issues For issues that are not considered major, we will arrange for the item to be repaired within a reasonable timeframe. Should we be unable to repair the item within a reasonable period, you have the option to request a refund or replacement.

Proof of Purchase Please keep your proof of purchase, such as a receipt or tax invoice, as it is required when making any refund, exchange, or warranty claim.
